Savannah Kirk, EIT

Savannah earned a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is an E.I.T.  Savannah worked as an undergraduate research assistant at Oklahoma State University and was published in Energy and Fuels journal, a publication of the American Chemical Society.

Her background in unit operations, process controls, as well as heat and mass transfer have all contributed to a knowledge of fire protection from a chemical perspective. She applies this knowledge daily in the hazard analysis of large-scale warehouses.  Her knowledge of inorganic and organic chemistry have also been effective in the classification of hazardous commodities. Her recent projects include Texas Women’s University, hazardous materials storage analysis for the Georgia Pacific warehouse, as well as code analysis for the Fleet Pride warehouses located in Lilburn Georgia and Elgin Illinois.
